Did this pediatrician have toys, magazines or TV's in the waiting room? They didn't have much Does this pediatrician emphasize preventative care, such as child safety and nutrition? No, they never mentioned anything about child safety or nutrition Do you trust this pediatrician to always have your child's best interest in mind? Somewhat, but not enough

There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Whenever I've asked for more information about something I was wondering about, they've never made me feel like my question was irrelevant or stupid. They've always been very understanding. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. But I will continue going because my kids love Dr. Hine!! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Were you able to relax during your appointment? Not really, I was a little uneasy Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her

Dr Hine is great! He's always very informative, and takes the time to answer all my questions. My only complaint is it is hard to get a hold of the office. I often get a busy signal when I call, which can be frustrating. BUT, when I do finally get through, even if I have to leave a message, the nurse calls back shortly and is always pleasant!
