I've have been coming to this facility for 8 years, my kids love everyone. The doctors are nice and friendly and very patient! They are always able to help us over the phone or in office if necessary no matter how busy it gets! We love and appreciate all the staff especially Naomi, Leslie and Ana the MAs, throughout the years my kids have grown to love them and be comfortable with them for every visit..makes it less stressful and easier as a parent with friendly familiar faces! My daughter and I have been with the South Austin Pediactric for years and they have been so wonderful to my daughter Ms. Kennedy, the Doctors and staff always have made me and my family feel at home, quality care, customer service for the patients have been wonderful.

I have been taking my grandchildren to see Dr. Hine @ South Austin Pediatrics for many years. I absolutely LOVE the staff and the physicians are so caring. I highly recommend Dr. Peter Hine and his associates at South Austin Pediatrics.

If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this pediatrician's office? They were average Do you trust this pediatrician to always have your child's best interest in mind? Absolutely! I trust them over any other doctor Did the pediatrician ever make you feel like an inadequate parent? Not at all! They were very encouraging and supportive Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Was the waiting area spacious? No, it was rather cramped Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Does this pediatrician use current and safe equipment? Yes Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional

Was this pediatrician able to answer all your questions about immunizations? All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Do other parents within your community respect this pediatrician? Yes, they are respected Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!
