The receptionists at this surgery are incredibly rude and dismissive, they can’t seem to get you off the phone quick enough when speaking to them they make you feel incredibly small and stupid which is such. Shame because dr day is a fantastic doctor as well as the nurse that works there, the receptionist really do let this practice down

I would give this zero stars but it’s not possible. This is possibly one of the most unreliable gps in Hornchurch. The lady receptionists specifically are dismissive and rude. Every time you call for an appointment they give you the wrong appointment date. It’s happened to me each and every single time. They schedule you a telephone appointment and then it turns out the it’s not the date they told you it’s a further two more weeks down the line. Why is that? Have seen Dr Jan for 2 appointments, one for my baby girl & one for my husband - she’s been so helpful & thorough each time. She’s the best GP I’ve ever seen & doesn’t make us feel rushed like others in the past have. Thank you Dr Jan! & thank you to the receptionists for always helping us find an appointment.
