Dr. Pinto is one of the most patient, thorough, and supportive specialists I've had in any medical discipline. I'm 72, and in the past year have found out I have GI problems going back decades I never knew about; but I think I understand the variables and options better in this area than others, thanks to Dr. Pinto's talent for talking with patients, rather than at them...
I arrived 15 minutes early and I was in within 2 minutes. He saw me a couple minutes later and answered all of my questions. I was done by the time my appointment was supposed to start. Awesome.
I left with the impression that Dr. Pinto really cared to figure out what is going on with my health and wishes to make a plan to treat whatever it is.
I was treated with the utmost care by the nurses and Dr. Patel. If one needs such a procedure, Dr. Patel and the nursing staff are highly recommended.
Everyone was nice and professional. Very clean facility.
He is doing my son's colonoscopy Friday, will keep you posted. His office is kinda and caring.

Dr. Pinto is the 1st GI Specialist I’ve ever had that I feel like actually listens & cares about my issues. He is also great about thoroughly answering my questions.
Peak Gastroentrology is a good venue - surprising to find an out-patient surgery site in an old victorian building downtown (the conversion is really good). Friendly check-in staff, friendly nurses, although one nurse talked so fast and went through his long list of questions so fast I wasn't sure I was hearing him correctly. The anesthesia nurse was the exact opposite and I appreciated his slowed-down attitude.
