I had an EGD 4 days ago. My EGD was scheduled for 0730am, and I found out Patel doesn't arrive until about 8am on most days. His team was waiting on him and was frustrated. The anesthetist said I would be wheeled into the OR at 0805am, but I hadn't even seen Dr. Patel yet. Come to find out, he was in the bathroom for several minutes. I wish I could choose more than 5 stars. Dr Patel has been doing my colonoscopies and managing my Gastro health for many years. He is direct and knowledgeable. He is kind and listens. I feel safe and assured that he is looking out for me and my overall health. My colonoscopies started out early because of family history and some of the early ones were nightmares. Dr. Cesario is kind, considerate and professional. She listened to my concerns and questions. I felt so much better as she put a plan together to get me on a path of feeling much better. Her staff are also very caring and helpful.
Dr Cesario is knowledgeable, personable and professional. I followed her from her previous practice . I’ve had 3 procedures.She cares and is not hurried in her approach. she explains things well .
Disappointed that though I followed diet and Go Lytely prep exactly my GI tract was deemed poorly prepped and must be repeated in one year.
It was a Colonoscopy, so I had just met the Dr. That morning. He and his team did a great job, and I was in and out in the required time. Hopefully the biopsies will be just as positive as the procedure
