Dr. Patel and his team were awesome from check in to check out. They explained everything, put me at ease, and were very professional.

I live in Canon City and travel to Colorado Springs and Denver to get quality care with U.C Health. My experience with Peak Gastroenterology was far from quality. I waited TWO HOURS in the waiting room before they took me back to undress for a colonoscopy. Peak Gastroenterology makes all kinds of threats if you're late to your appointment (postponement, $250 fine), but then they make you wait 2 HOURS -- I wasn't the only person waiting that long. The staff at Peak Gastroenterology were very professional. They took special care to help me feel relaxed and assured that I was in good hands. I would definitely recommend Dr. Patel and his staff to anyone in need of their services!
The receptionist, all the nurses and techs were on time, professional, warm and friendly. I had the first appointment, had to check in at 6:30 am for my procedure to start at 7. Dr. Patel came in at around 8:20 said we are running late but we will catch up. No explanation, no apology. (That made me feel worried, was he going to rush through my procedure because of his lateness) I looked at the clock before being put to sleep and was shocked to see it was 8:30.
