I've been at this surgery my entire life, Dr Fink is an amazing doctor, but that's when you can actually gain access to his expertise. The reception on the other hand makes each and every interaction painful, they cannot sympathize at all and basic things such as getting back test results or getting fit notes is almost an impossible task. The last time I needed a fit note, I requested for one, 5 days later (too late), it wasn't even signed and they refused to get it signed for me, what do you know 2 days later I had to go in... read more

Was met by Zara and Fal (forgive me if I got your names wrong) first time I've been to a dentist that actually look like they are here to help you. Both went the extra mile to find the root of the problem as other dentists have simply had a look and gave me antibiotics. I appreciate the 10 out of 10 service. Both of you are awesome. The receptionist was lovely too!

The dentist was really kind and helpful but be prepared to be spoken to like dirt from the receptionist. Very aggressive and rude
