I've been a patient here over 25 years, and whenever I move, I never change my GP surgery. The doctors here are very proactive rather than reactive, which makes a refreshing change from what I hear about other surgeries. The doctors here are great at listening but also ask questions to ensure they have understood before they decide a prescription is sufficient or they need to refer you to a specialist. This surgery has saved my life on a few occasions. I would definitely recommend this surgery if you are looking for a GP.
This GP surgery used to be so helpful. It is a fight to even get an appointment and this is due to the rude receptionist. I am so tired of the rudeness and not wanting to help patients.
Appointment was for 8:30 and got told the dr hasn't even turned up to work yet. Absolutely pathetic how can you just not turn up to work. Nhs is a joke
Dr Salebo and the team at Rush Green have really turned services around. Appointments are early or on time, the team are friendly and courteous and you leave feeling looked after.
Today is my first appointment with Dr Shanthalumarn I am very happy with her. She’s very good guide for me. Thank you.
