Absolutely dire the receptionists think they're the GPS never get an appointment ring at 08.00 all gone that's if the phones are answered awful practise avoid like the plague
Worst GP surgery I have ever had the pleasure of using, can never get through to book anything, I wonder if anyone actually works there. Doesn’t seem to from what I can tell. Spammed dial button 130 times today and didn’t even get through into the queue! Wonder where my NI contribution goes to because it’s clearly not here.
If you think this bunch are hopeless now you should have seen them during the convid hysteria. What a complete shower. I call it the National Death Service. Want to get an appointment? Forget it.
You can never get through on the phone was told to come.down at 8 to que outside to get an appointment . That's the last thing you want to be doing when you feel really poorly . Something really needs to change
