Doctors and Nurses absolutely amazing didnt appreciate the attitude from a certain receptionist attitude is absolutely disgusting have now changed doctors.
i have recently moved to the area. i had a nurse prescriber appt... she listened and seemed interested although despite a phone appt and face to face appt afterwards neither of the gps gave me advice about thyroxine or b12 injections that my previous gp was reviewing with intent to start either thyroxine or b12 injections...or both. i was advised my prescribed pain relief previously started by a cosultant rheumatologist is not allowed in Doncaster...wow.i was eventually allowed a limited amount resulting in me suffering unne... read more
I’ve been under this practice twice and they’ve been great. When I was going through a rough time a few years ago, the NP was really lovely. The staff try their best to help you, especially under the rubbish Tory circumstances the NHS is under. The other reviews about “my other practice got me an app the same day”, good for you. “They’re rude”, I bet you were rude/pushy first.
