I have been with this surgery for 3 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else, the GP’s are always thorough, there to listen and give advice. The reception team are always so well mannered and empathetic. The midwifery support is amazing. This surgery is a model for the NHS.
I have cystitis and am 67 years old. I was 77th in line today. Waited an hour to get through to be told there were no appointments and to try a pharmacy or wait until 6pm for 111. Other option was a walk in Centre but I can't find one in Chesterfield area. Pharmacy say I need to see a GP due to my age. So I phoned urgery again this afternoon and got the same reply from receptionist even though I explained my predicament. Called surgery at 8:10 stuck in a queue until 9:05 to be told no places left receptionist told me try the pharmacy, the pharmacy said you've had the problem to long contact the surgery, so a week later i contacted the surgery again this time 8:00 on the dot 8:20 reseption answers no appointments once again find a walk in centre i was told, now a couple of weeks later tried online booking no joy full up, what a farce, built hundreds and hundreds of new houses around here, now put two and two together one star is tomuch for th... read more
Absolute waste of time, impossible to get an appointment unless you’re an OAP suffering with bunions and the like who just see it as a day out!!
Had a medication reveiw by telephone today 21/02/2025 , tried to explain i needed the strength of my medication looking into but was told I need to get out more ." Dr flinders" A bit poor considering the medication is for depression and anxiety ,this reveiw as been posted for over a week now and no explanation or apology, NOTHING
