You can't book an urgent appointment over the counter & neither will you get through their phone lines as they keep it on the side engaged daily for around 15 minutes when they open and then when you finally get through you get a reason that you called in late and all the urgent appointments have gone.. Utterly disgraceful service, the worst GP practice in the NHS.
During lockdown I have been very ill and have had no support from the practice at all. I called 111 who called my practice and wanted a dr to see me face to face and nobody got back to me . Dr Solanke has no idea how to treat patients. I don’t normally write reviews but the way I have been treated is disgusting
The worst gp services ever, line always engaged, when finally got in touch there are no more appointments. Wonder why are they occupying the premises ? Why still registering patients if can't serve them?. Would never recommend them.
