I had an inquiry regarding an appointed. I tried calling the surgery many times despite me being the first caller on the line i had to wait over 20 min till they answered the call!! 20 + min to answer is ridiculous!!
So slow at picking up. Took 26 mins and still didn't answer
Made a appointment today booked in by Rija the staff was polite seen by the Dr today and was happy with service
We had Rija as our receptionist. She was very helpful over the phone and in person and got us an appointment straight away.
Staff were helpful Dr explained to me everything in hindi which was also helpful
