Online appointment form is a joke can only use it for 2hours then it's closed so if the time doesn't suit you then it's impossible to get an appointment. Staff extremely unhelpful continously told to try the form another day. I urge anyone to stay away from this practice if you want to see a doctor at all.
Finding making an appointment complicated, practice also could be more accomodating, my fault and missed my appointment as I mixed up the time, however instead of rearranging while I was stood in the reception I need to call back tomorrow, not been to a doctor for years....is this the NHS now or just this practice??? Will find out as wont be back here.
