Lovely place, the drs and nurses are very helpful. However to get to them you have to go through a painful experience on the front desk receptionist, was very rude and unhelpful until I questioned her then lovely as anything. Customer service should not be fought for. You’re in one of the most important jobs because of a person is calling/needs to see you then it’s probably not about nothing, they need your help. Doctors are fantastic it’s one particular reception staff , and the pharmacist woman , very rude , very very judgmental, have made me feel very upset and stressed on multiple occasions , I am looking on how to carry this complaint on much further.
