The have no responsibility I think they they are not thinking about the patient. Receptionist is not working totally.
The reception staff is very rude and lazy. There are never appointments. You could die and still be nothing!

This is the worst surgery I have been to pls sort your reception staff out before I take it any further to the regional directors of NHS I’m not talking about the doctor The reception staff don’t even say HI or hello or see you they just sit there with a grumpy face 😠 the worst staff I have seen they don’t have any manners what so ever how to speak to a new patient or help them if needed (all she did is rolled her eyes and say OMG) Is this the way you speak to the patients ?
