This surgery sounds atrocious. Especially one particularly receptionist who likes to think she 's more qualified than the medical professionals that work there. She needs customer service retraining. My daughter is very poorly and can't get an appointment. The receptionist was rude and condescending. I wouldn't give it one star but I can't voice my opinion.
