I really cannot fault this doctors surgery! The receptionists are polite, empathetic and so communicative. The doctors and nurses have all been friendly, caring and helpful and the prescription and booking service is so useful and works well. Great doctors! Very grateful to be a patient there!
Excellent receptionists, and some Doctors, a big thank you Sam Ashby (operations manager) for a prompt reply to my complaint about not being able to get thro on phone between 8 and 10, and the explanation that new phone systems are comming into place in April. Also thank you to Sheila (receptionist) who really helped me to be able to spk to a doctor on the day, keep up the good work all at Shoebury you do a marvelous job in difficult circumstances.regards Sylvia Breens
Angela & Hussein Hassan We joined the practice in 2020. The ladies on Reception have always been professional, efficient, kind, helpful and empathetic. We are so very grateful to them for the help we receive. It can’t be easy for them in such challenging times. Nurse Lisa is very pleasant and so knowledgeable about diabetes.Dr. Kumar is a wonderful Doctor, who really cares about his patients. Thank you everyone, you are much appreciated.
This place is HORRIBLE!!! They gave me an UNNECESSARY prostate exam. VERY UPSET my bum hole has never been the same and my boyfriend agrees that it feels looser than normal and he left me bc of that
