The staff at South Street surgery are absolute angels. After having so many issues at my current GP surgery I have transferred and the staff have been nothing short of exceptional! Honestly nothing is too much they go above and beyond and I really cannot thank them enough!
We hear nightmare stories about appointments. Today is Tuesday August 19 Asked for an appointment. Week Thursday. 9 Days. That is given the workload of the surgery staff.
The receptionist, nurses and Dr Fatima are excellent. The phone is usually answered within about 5 rings… There is a sense of genuine care from the staff… My personal experience with this surgery has been excellent, although I have only been a patient for about a year and have only seen Dr Fatima who has been exceptional.

Dr das let’s the surgery down, you go into see her as a last resort if your desperate, makes u feel worse than when u went in first place, so rude, and no empathy at all, she definitely isn’t the doctor to see with severe mental health, problems, however dr Fatima is amazing such a kind sweet lady, will do all she can to help, staff a lovely and polite to..
