There is absolutely no way the glowing reviews for this practice are genuine. I was personally asked by the practice to write a positive review in the past — which already says a lot. I see the negative reviews and no longer visible either, highly worrying. Yesterday, I had yet another hideous experience. After arriving just five minutes late for my 8-year-old son’s appointment, we were made to wait 45 minutes only to then be told we would not be seen. Dr Baroni arranged an urgent test for me within five minutes of my arrival and put it into my NHS account immediately.

I have stayed with this practice and remained a patient to Dr Thakrar for more than 30 years , even though I have moved from Chiswick. The reason for this is because of the professionalism of the staff and the support of Dr Thakrar and I'm not sure if I would get the same quality of service elsewhere.

I have been a patient at Holly Road for over 2 decades and have always been pleased with the practice. The reception staff and doctors are always helpful and getting appointments when needed has always been helpful and accommodating. As a physician myself, I appreciate being a patient at Holly Road.
