Excellent GP surgery with kind and efficient staff. Exceptional nurses; and kind front desk staff. Dr. Baroni is outstanding – she listens carefully, is pro active, explains clearly, and shows real care and compassion.

I have been at this practice for 30 years. Efficient and pragmatic receptionists (especially Silvia), professional nurses and excellent accessible GP's (in particular Dr Baroni). They listen and take decisions within the constraints of a rigid overstretched NHS. Highly recommended.

Amazing practice! I got to shadow the staff for a week, and I learned a lot :) The staff were very nice and friendly, and I had the opportunity to shadow the practice nurse, practice manager, and administrative staff. Dr. Thakrar also went the extra mile to allow me to shadow the staff at the pharmacy next to the practice, and I also had the opportunity to learn about the other private services offered at the GP practice, such as AAA and physio.

I can’t praise this surgery highly enough. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with kindness, patience, and professionalism. The reception staff are always welcoming and go out of their way to help, even when things are busy.
