Never get help from reception I would change my gp within few days Never recommend anyone to join
This isn't even the right surgery...the surgery is in hockwell ring!... This shows how bothered they are about their patients!
The worst experience I’ve ever had there surgery doesn’t allow you to book appointments in advance you have to book on the day, seems like this surgery is going back in time, the receptionist are rude and have a lot of attitude, and have never helped me solve any problems, have no empathy, seems like they only employ sociopaths, I will never go back and I would advise people if they can go somewhere else you will be better off
Very poor system to get to see dr 15 yrs been in hockwell ring a can count on hands how many times i been to surgery. Cant even get a presciption from them bad bad bad
