I showed up on time for my appointment, but they didn't even have the decency to respect my schedule. They showed up over an hour late for my appointment, and by then I was ready to leave instead of spending my entire day waiting for them. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone.
