I had an appointment,called 2 hours before for 4 seconds of ringing,right after 3 minutes later colled for 2 seconds ringing what I was able to pick up and then right away they put down the phone and sent the text that "Unfortunately we couldn't reach you"l..." Best experience with a new GP, my nurse made me feel comfortable and Anisah at reception was so kind and helpful
worst service ever. starting from the receptionist who they prefer to chat and have tea instead to pick up the phone to some doctors who thinks paracetamol resolve everything
