The experience was very good. Although Iâm not a big fan of needles Dr Crooks and her staff always find a way to make it painless and enjoyable. The staff is beyond professional but yet personable. In almost 25 years of being a patient I find it easy to say that Dr Crooks and her staff has always committed to an ongoing continuous improvement to their craft.
