I hate going to the dentist mainly because of my awful experiences with them so I was absolutely dreading today's appointment. I went to this office and not only was the receptionists kind and caring, Dr. Crooks and her assistants were caring, warm loving and not judgemental. Dr. Crooks was very quick and efficient and has promised that I will have my smile back in no time. The experience was very good. Although Iâm not a big fan of needles Dr Crooks and her staff always find a way to make it painless and enjoyable. The staff is beyond professional but yet personable. In almost 25 years of being a patient I find it easy to say that Dr Crooks and her staff has always committed to an ongoing continuous improvement to their craft.
