Fab if you get to see her. Been “technically” my doc for years. Not seen her for about ten tho. More hope of seeing Keyser Söze. And better chance of four numbers on lottery than getting in at all. They just say there are no appointments and to ring again, but getting through often takes an hour. Only option is to drive there and stand in reception to wait and see if you get lucky. Pretty abysmal. NHS is not free, for people who work, yet some (not all) of the staff here behave like it is and you are little but an annoyance.... read more
Very caring and professional. Never had a doctor as good as this before. Really know their patients. General staff also efficient and friendly. Highly recommended.
