This is my third follow-up after a Total Reverse Shoulder Replacement. Dr. Walker is attentive, knowledgeable, and very good natured. He shows concern, yet in a way to make you comfortable (not worried.) I, 100%, recommend him.
I had multiple fractures in my elbow. I am a senior citizen, so recovery was more involved than a younger person. I am extremely satisfied with my recovery.
He listened, he was never condescending, he definitely enjoys his work, and I can't recommend him highly enough.
The friendlyness of staff is off the chart. Everything explained clearly and was told what to expect post-op. I am in the process of preparing to get the remaining shoulder replaced this Spring and can't wait. My friends can't believe how well l recovered from the first one. I was 64 years old with the first and will turn 65 around the time the other one is done. Nobody will work on my bones but Dr. Walker. I do blue collar work every day and feel great on the replaced side. Go with Walker, you will be glad you did!
I thought Dr. Walker was professional, I was wrong. He is very unprofessional and lets inexperienced staff treat patients while he want to act like he cares for his patients, that's the song and dance he want you to believe. There are other well qualified doctors in the area, save the trip to see Dr. Walker and see a better doctor.
Dr. Walker is very attentive to your needs. He listens to you and ask questions. He offer suggestions but let you make the final decision. He did my left rotator cuff and I came back and he did the right one. Great bedside manners.
I was first both impressed and concerned that I got an appointment so soon. Used to have to wait a while. Everyone was very pleasant, especially the young lady manning the front while the others were at lunch. Liked that I was able to complete paperwork online and that you sent reminders. Dr. Walker asked the right questions to get to the issue. Just waiting for an appointment for a MRI now.
My encounter was an absolute pleasure starting with the courteous response of the staff in the reception area to the interactions with Alana(nurse) followed by the examination by Dr. Walker. My concerns were heard, all my questions were answered and I felt cared for during the procedure. I was a new patient, in and out in less than a hour. Very efficient office practice staffed by very kind, engaged professionals. Will certainly recommend to others.
Dr. Walker was running late with appointment that day but the first thing he did after saying hello was apologize for the lateness. Was very through and asked many questions and exam to access my shoulder pain. Great personality made me feel comfortable and well cared for.
