Dr. Walker came highly recommended by a friend as well as another OrthoVA doctor. From my initial visit through the post op of shoulder replacement surgery he was professional, informative and personable. The surgery was a complete success and recovery was better than I could have expected. I will definitely recommend him to anyone contemplating shoulder replacement surgery!
Shoulder replacement
Dr. Walker is clearly very intelligent. He was able to pick up on all the questions I had even before I asked them . I had lost almost all use of my arm due to an accident. It’s clear he has performed this surgery many times and has become very proficient. I felt completely comfortable with him doing the surgery. The rehab went very well and I am so thrilled to get back the use of my arm.
Dr. Walker is a true professional. Very patient with you and explains every options you have. I would recommend Dr.Walker to my family and friends.
Dr. Walker cares. He replaced my right shoulder 6 months ago and still compliments me on how well I have recovered. He makes me feel special. He shows me the actual x- rays knowing that I can understand what they mean. I feel like I am included in my health care and recovery. He is always pleasant and ready to show me "little tricks" to increase my range of motion. I recommend him to anyone who complains about shoulder pain.
