RecommendedDr. Benfield and staff are great. always on time and will get you in and out fast. After his recommendation of removing my daughters kidney after years of problems we haven't had any problems.

Dr. Benfield is wonderful! He takes the time to get to know his patients and explain their conditions. I never leave with questions. Highly recommend!
I really like Dr. Benfield, very thorough and professional. However, i have concerns with the office staff. My sons blood pressure medication needed a new script and the pharmacy tried to 2 weeks to get them to send one. The pharmacy called me and i called the office and spoke with someone about the refill needed, it was never done. I ran out of meds and the pharmacy gave me an emergency dose. I called today and spoke with another person letting her know we were out and needed a refill called in ASAP. It was NOT called in to... read more
Dr. Benefield and his nurses are very nice but the front office staff (whoever answers the phone), they are so rude and disrespectful! I would hope Dr. Benefield would not want someone like that working for him. Definitely not a good impression!
