It went very smooth and friendly .?He treated us with respect and dignity . Took time to ask about what happened and review the x-ray for my daughter who has ankle fracture during school sports. Gave her instructions on what to do and what not to do . We arrived kind of late,Since my daughter has troubles to walk her fractured ankle .but with his humanity still made time to see us
Dr. Hartley has a great manner and is a very skilled surgeon. I was in for a recheck of my hip surgery and it was so well done.

Dr Hartley has provided exceptional care over both my knee replacements. He is very thorough and always took the time to answers my questions and concerns. My last knee replacement (8 weeks ago) was another great success. I would highly recommend Dr Hartley for your consideration. His staff also deserves 5 stars for their attention and care.
I am always treated with respect and I am made to feel as a valued patient and not just a number. My concerns are always addressed and I feel that I am really listened to.
Dr. Hartley replaced my hip 3 years ago and I have never had one bit of discomfort with that surgery.
Dr. Hartley is a knowledgeable & compassionate surgeon, but his PA, Mary Carter, hamstrings him. His PA fields pt portal messages for the Dr, but lacks both knowledge & attention to detail; I had an abnormal response to an invasive, in-office procedure, & gave a detailed explanation of the signs & symptoms via portal DM. (I am an experienced surgeon, and therefore am well aware of what constitutes an abnormal response.)
