Dr Hartley and his staff were kind and professional. This is the second visit to his office and I could not be more pleased. I have full confidence that knee surgery will go very well.

I highly recommend Dr Hartley. He is an excellent surgeon. I have had two total knee replacements with Dr Hartley. He is always willing to answer my many questions and the outcome of my surgeries have been outstanding.

I received swift and thorough care via x-rays and expertise from Dr. Hartley.
I recommend Ortho Va and more specifically Dr Hartley. I went through a process where over a number of years my knee was deteriorating and at no point was I ever pressured into surgery. The focus was entirely on my quality of life and getting back to what I was accustomed to doing from a physical exercise standpoint. Dr. Hartley is excellent, caring, and considerate. His care is responsive and discerning.
Doctor Hartley was very competent, friendly, and got me in to surgery the next day after meeting him because I was in a lot of pain. His PA and nurses were excellent also.
