I’ve been dr hartley’s patient since 2003. He’s replaced my left knee, both hips and both shoulders due to advanced arthritis. I trust him implicitly. He listens and is conservative with his recommendations. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Hartley was friendly, professional, and caring. He took time to check out my knee, explain my x-ray, and ask if I had any questions. I felt totally confident in the care he gave me. He asked if I ever felt like I hadn’t had a knee replacement. I had to answer yes. The more I thought about it the more it was telling. I have an excellent knee replacement thanks to Dr. Hartley.
Dr. Hartley and his staff were very attentive and always available to answer questions and explained the procedure. Never felt rushed and always encouraged to ask questions.
He was very professional but also took time to explain my ailment in easy to understand terms

Dr. Hartley is my go-to for orthopaedic care. I have been to the OR with him 6 times for different joints (knee, hip, shoulder) and always come home 100% satisfied. As an RN myself, I appreciate the quality of care he and his practice provide. I trust him fully, and highly recommend him.
