Dr. Harley treated my son and me for number of years. He has provided excellent care to us both. He is authentic and has a genuine concern for his patients. He is very good at explaining the various injuries and the best method of treatment available. He is very thorough in the examination and treatment process. He is very personable and has a great demeanor. I would highly recommend him for anyone in need of an excellent orthopedic surgeon. Philip S
I’ve had 2 shoulder surgeries, an ACL repair, a complicated hip surgery and various joint pain issues addressed with Dr. Hartley. His manner is calm and quiet, and his skills superb. I’m always 100% grateful to be in his care.
Dr. Hartley is a highly knowledgeable, competent and compassionate Ortho surgeon. He performed two major surgeries on me - R rotator cuff in 2013 and L one in 2016. Both were highly successful. In fact, I was back playing golf within a few months of each surgery. I have arthritis and other pain issues, especially in my knees, L shoulder and lower back. He has given me cortisone shots very sparingly. I am grateful to him. He is one of the best Ortho surgeons around, and is part of a great practice.
Dr. Hartley is very accommodating and answers all of my questions. He is extremely knowledgeable with years of experience in total knee replacement and knee injuries, and will be performing my knee replacement soon.
Dr. Harley is an amazing Ortho surgeon. He has done two shoulder surgeries on me, and I have had numerous visits to resolve my knee and back pain issues. Each procedure was perfect, with little or no discomfort, and with long-lasting pain relief. Dr. Hartley is professional, very knowledgeable, patient and soft-spoken. He listens to my each time I visit him, and gets to the root cause of the pain. I give him FIVE stars, but he exceeds any rating due to his excellence.

Dr Hartley did both my knee replacements & my mother’s before me. He is the most caring professional doctor I’ve ever been to. He is always positive & takes his time with you. Dr Hartley listens to your concerns & offers different ways to solve them. I’ve always felt that I was in the best hands with Dr. Hartley. His PA Catherine & his staff are excellent as well. I highly recommend Dr. Hartley. There are none better.
Awesome doc who gives awesome care. Skilled surgeon who also offers and explains all options. Very caring, compassionate, and I wouldn’t hesitate to see him for any further orthopedic care. Highly recommend.
