Absolute ZERO likelihood that I would ever recommend a doctor that isn't naturally inquisitive about a condition he's never heard of. Have a diagnosis from a leading vascular surgeon regarding a condition affecting movement. Hartley "never heard of it". I brought diagnostic paperwork, literature that the diagnosing physician had given me-he had no interest in seeing anything. What kind of doctor responds to "would you like to learn or see" with "no"? One with a massive God-complex obviously.

I was incapacitated with great pain in my left hip for years. Then Dr. Hartley replaced it. It was like a miracle. The pain was gone. 5 years later, Oct 2016, he replaced my right hip for same reason with same results. I now walk 9 miles a week & work out in One Life Fitness 4 hours a week. Getting stronger every day. At 78 years of age I finally feel I still have a life ahead of me. This is all due to Dr. Hartley and his team. It is truly amazing what a great physician can do.
