Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child? Their bedside manner was OK, but my child doesn't care for them Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details? Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children? There were signs, but they weren't very noticeable Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? They were average Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!
