Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Was this provider late to your appointments? Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Kind of, but not very much Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Somewhat, they could have been kinder Were the staff members able to answer your questions? They were rarely able to answer any of my questions

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Not at all! They were boring and outdated Was this pediatrician friendly? Polite Enough Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Sometimes, but most of the time they don't Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times? Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease

The Jonesboro office is conveniently located near my home and Southern Regional hospital. The staff is very nice. There has been a staff change with the physicians so we have not seen the same provider at each visit which can be stressful.

The doctor was pleasant and nice to my son. But her staff was just plain horrible. The nurse was rude. It was my first time here at this office instead of the mcdonough clinic and the nurse spoke to me in a rude way expecting me to undress my baby and take him to the scale. I had NO idea where the scale was. I had to come up front to ask WHERE they wanted my undress son at. BTW it was winter and cold. The nurse attitude is like she does not like her job period. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer.
