I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

Does the pediatrician interact with both you and your child during appointments? Yes, they interacted with both of us Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did the pediatrician ever make you feel like an inadequate parent? Not at all! They were very encouraging and supportive

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Office bathroom dirty also have a junk room with sharp containers that can be seen.

Was this pediatrician friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. I know that I can always trust them to have my child's best interest in mind. They've always put my child's needs first. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
