everything so far has been good. Can't say enough good things about Dr. Sandler
He has been my heart Doctor for over 20 years, he has helped me thru A-Fib, High Blood Pressure, COPD and Pacemaker

I encountered Dr. Sandler at Gwinnet Medical Center in Lawrenceville when a family member was hospitalized with a heart condition. My initial impression was that he had the worst bedside manner of any medical professional I have come across in my 55 years on this earth. It was later that I also learned that his medical competency was worst than his "people skills." Speaking with other family members I realized I was not alone in my opinion of Dr. Sandler.
Dr. Sandler takes great care of my dad and is very patient with questions. He never uses condescending language. The only reason I'm giving only 4 stars is that there is always a wait. I don't think we have ever seen Dr. Sandler at our scheduled time in the 5 or so years we've been coming. We typically wait 30 minutes to an hour once we're in the exam room, as much as an hour and a half on one occasion. It's a bit much for an elderly man on O2.
I went to Doctor Sandler as he came across as an awesome person not just an awesome Doctor. 3 years ago he visited me at the Hospital as my regular Dr. wasn't available. i changed to him immediately on my next cardiologist visit.
Dr. Sandler is a great cardiologist. He takes his time with his patients...never appears rushed. He encourages questions and ensures you have a full understanding of your status. He speaks to you in terms that you can understand. I have, and will continue to recommend him to friends.
Dr Sandler is an excellent Cardiologist and cares a great deal for the Gwinnett Community. He was recently the Chair of the Gwinnett Medical Center Foundation and was instrumental in getting numerous physicians and citizens to give to the Foundation in order to improve the quality of healthcare in our community.
