Do not recommend. No bedside manner, which would have been fine if he still listened and tried to work with me to figure my symptoms out.
I went to Dr. Sandler for a second opinion, as he was 1 & a half hours from my home I did not see him first. My plastic surgeon recommended him, because he is also a patient of Dr. S. I would have saved myself time and unnecessary testing had I seen him first. With access to the same family history and test results, Dr. Sandler most likely saved my LIFE. Dr Sandler saved my husbands life way back in 1998 when my husband collapsed and his heart stopped beating, he was 48. His condition was considered rare and previous doctors were baffled by his symptoms. Dr Sandler kept at it until he found the problem. I started seeing Dr Sandler in 2018 when I had a TIA and the left side of my body went numb. He ran the necessary test without going overboard. My husband and drive 45 miles one way to see him and would drive 100 miles if necessary.
