I came in thinking I might have an abscess. It took Dr. Shepherd all but 10 seconds to diagnose that what I really had was a GIANT canker sore. Thanks Dr. Shepherd for the GREAT news. I really didn't want to deal with a an abscess and thanks to Dr. Shepherd I have to deal only with a GIANT canker sore.
Had another great visit at North Suburban Dental of Mundelein! Everyone is very friendly, kind, caring and professional! I recommend them to everyone!

Hate that scaling stuff but what ya gonna do? Elizabeth is great and Dr. Shephard filling in for Dr. Watson was great too. No complaints!
i was having an issue and I called to see if I would be able to be seen. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get in within a couple of days. I was relieved that after the Dr. looked at the x-ray and determined that it wasn't as bad as I thought and that I could treat my sensitive tooth, by using the Sensodyne.
Entire staff is great and professional definitely recommend them .
