I am pleased with the excellent service provided by everyone at the Mundelein location of North Suburban Dental. From the staff at the front desk, the procedures and cleanliness to protect patients and staff during Covid, the hygienst (best dental cleaning experience I have ever had) and Dr. Shepard. If you are looking for a great dental practice, I highly recommend this office.
I recently moved to Mundelein and was looking for a new dentist nearby. Found North Suburban Dental and am so glad I did. The front desk staff are so friendly and efficient. Saw Dr. Shephard and loved her. I am always extremely anxious when going to the dentist, but this time I was fine. I did not feel rushed and came away with a solution I could work with. Look forward to working with this dental group in the future.
Great experience at NS Dental. Dr. Shepherd was friendly and very informative about future care, took the time to talk through areas of concern and how to address going forward. You can tell they take extra steps to ensure cleanliness, before, during and after you leave so you feel comfortable while there. Highly recommend

I have a HUGE fear of the dentist! Dr. Watson is so kind and conscientious of my fear and makes sure that I am comfortable and in no pain whatsoever. I recommend her 10000%!
Even 9 months pregnant, Dr Watson goes above and beyond. The ladies at the front desk are always so kind and helpful.
