David is the best he is always there for me and has done a wonderful job of helping with all my needs.
Everything was great but I liked the old configuration of your office better than the way it is now. I liked the way the exam rooms were separate and private rather than semi-private as they are now.
Kathy, at the desk, and Dr. Zeffery were wonderful!! He always is. Only negative was the time I spent waiting in the chair.
The new remodeling is wonderful...........looks bright and clean. Don't like sharing an exam room with another patient - A wall of cabinets does not stop the sounds of the water suction tool, the drill cleaning sounds and the conversation that is taking place on the other side.
Everyone is friendly, helpful, and they have helped me improve my dental health.
Dr. Zeffery is wonderful! He cares so much for his patients.
I always have received wonderful care from my dentist and hygienist, and that has not changed since they joined with Webster Dental. My treatment was exemplary. The new facilities, however, leave much to be desired. The treatment "rooms" are semi-private rather than private and I was quite uncomfortable with the set-up. I could see and hear the patient and care provider in the adjoining bay, so I am certain they could see and hear me. This made me very uncomfortable, and reluctant to share personal information.
