Staff is very caring. I don't like going to the dentist in the first place but their level of service will bring me back.
Overall I was very happy with my first experience at Dr. Shepherd's office. The oral hygienist did a great job explaining the purpose behind everything she was doing. However, maybe she could have been a little more gentle? My gums were sore the day following the appointment. I also wish I had a little more time with Dr. Shepherd.
I just had the Zoom whitening procedure done and I absolutley LOVE the results!
This was the first time having my teeth cleaned by Kristie (sp?), and she was wonderful! Also, I've seen Dr. Shepherd three times now, and absolutely love her! Both of these ladies made me feel very comfortable...and that's important to me!
I love going to the dentist again. They are always so great and informative. I love getting my new bag of goodies at the end also!

Dr. Zeffery and his staff are second to none in their care. My routine visit included excellent care and consultation to help me stay as healthy as I can.

I needed emergency care and was quickly set us with an appointment within 6 hours. I was grateful to have my problem corrected at that appointment with Dr. Zeffery. I have been a patient of his since he began his practice in the 1980's and find him always a top-notch dentist who is capable, compassionate and very professional. Thank you, for all the years of your taking care of me.
