From beginning to end the dental service was outstanding.
Outstanding customer relations by everyone we came in contact with from front desk to hygienist to Dr. Shepard.

Great in every way
Everyone was extremely nice and very professional. Everything was very clean.
Reception, office folks were absolutely helpful and friendly. Hygienist was very good and friendly. Dr. Shepard was very good, spotted problems and started the ball on getting them fixed. After some Endodontics were needed to make a new appointment quickly, left a message and received a response back very quickly with a new appointment time. Very efficient, and made you feel like they cared. We were so impressed, at least initially that members of our family are requesting appointments. We hope this quality continues.
