Dr Zephyr is a great dentist. Took his time with me,made sure the fillings were perfect with my bite. The office is very hygienic and staff can not be any more friendly. Going to the dentist is usually not my favorite thing to do in my spare time; but Dr Zephyr cares about the patient and the staff creates a great experience
Even 'tho we've moved out of Mundelein, we keep coming back, just can't find this level of professionalism, friendliness and trust any where else. Thanks for always being there.
My dental hygienist was the best ever. She was extremely professional and thorough I had no pain at all and my teeth felt great when she finished I think her name was Elizabeth I would give her a raise
My family and I needed to switch dentists due to insurance limitations. I found Webster Dental in Mundelein. I saw Dr. Terry Swanson. She and her assistant were very thorough, took their time, and explained everything. I didn’t feel like just another person sitting in a chair, waiting for a dentist to walk in, just to say “Looks good!” The office staff were very friendly, and willing to check my insurance for what I could have covered. The office is clean, and inviting.

I recommend this office to anyone who discusses their dentist, or need for one. They do great work, but most importantly they treat me with respect and aren't "judgy." I was terrified of the dentist, but have overcome that with the help of Dr. Shepherd. I don't mind going in now. She works well with my phobias and doesn't hurt me (she is very careful with injections and does what she can to minimize those even!) If I have an issue she stops and lets me recompose. Everyone at this office is incredibly professional and I felt very well cared for. I felt informed and comfortable throughout my check up. I hate going to the dentist and always get nervous but I never felt judged or embarrassed by anyone. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and am now glad to be taking my kids here. I really trust this office.
Excellent cleaning. She was very through and also pleasant. Certainly 5 star.
