Excellent and friendly as always
As usual, my experience at Webster Dental was outstanding! Been going there for many years and have always had great service by all of the staff.
Yesterday was my first visit at Webster and I was greeted warmly by everyone on staff. From the clerical staff, to the dental hygienist, to Dr. Swanson, everyone made me feel comfortable and took the time to get to know me. Dr. Swanson listened to my health concerns and willing to help me address them. I appreciate the care and expertise.
Had our first visit at Webster Dental in Mundelein with Dr. Shepard. We were greeted warmly and taken into the exam room promptly. All the staff were very helpful and considerate. We plan to bring over the entire family to this dental office. Very nice ambiance and feel to the office as well.
After avoiding going to the dentist for a couple of years after my dentist retired (and trying a couple new ones that I just did not care for) I tried this dental office on my doctor's recommendation. The dental hygienist gave me a great cleaning (no pain!) and Dr Shepherd was really nice. I've already made my next appointment for 6 months and so happy to have clean teeth and a dentist I am happy with. The office staff was great too!
Great experience, if you can call teeth cleaning a joyful time. The personnel in the office are all very friendly. The technician was very thorough and made me feel at ease. Don’t dread Dentist visits anymore.
I think Dr. Zeffrey is a great Dentist. He always takes the time to discuss all procedures and options. He is so kind to my kids and talks to them as adults. The office staff is also wonderful. They answer all questions, the are always friendly and helpful when making appointments. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Zeffrey!
