Never seen on time, always at least 20 mins late. Have not seen a doctor since COVID. Always a phone conversation. Lost faith in this surgery. Now in the process of transferring to a new location. Shame but enough is enough.
This surgery is where patient care goes to die. It’s impossible to see a doctor, impossible to get medication, and impossible to trust. Anerley Surgery makes getting care feel like a battle. It’s impossible to get appointments, constant prescription issues, and no concern for patient wellbeing. This is by far the most frustrating GP surgery I’ve ever dealt with.
