It's fully impossible to get an in-person meeting with my gp. Also they clearly lack mental health training because, no, my depression is *not* 'low mood' :/

OMG someone picked up the phone 🎉🎊. 2 weeks of trying 😂. Though I was told there were no consultation availability left. I was just glad someone actually picked up the phone 🎉🎊🎉. There are people here, it functions.... Two weeks later, Still trying to get an appointment. I ring at 11 and I am asked to call at 8.30 the next day. From 8.30 I start ringing and it doesn't even ring but I keep trying! It will go through at 11 and I will be asked to call tomorrow at 8.30. The cycle continues. Absolutely horrendous treatment by the receptionists!! Having to explain personal problems to them (same day, 2 different receptionists) before they decide whether your condition warrants a gp consultation. Which it 100% does. Then offering their own expert medical opinion on the dosages of medication you receive!! Fuming doesnt come close right now!! And that is just one incident in a list of many. Avoid this practice at all costs, purely bevause of the god like receptionists
