Been registered here for 20+ years, the Doctor is incredible. He listens to you and always willing to have a reasonable conversation about your health without rushing you.
If you have kids DO NOT BRING THEM HERE!!! Only gave them 1 star as I couldn’t do any less! Every staff I’ve dealt with are so rude and unprofessional as well as the most incompetent receptionist you could imagine. On 3 different occasions I’ve booked an appointment whether that be on the phone or in person they seem to not have it on their records. Betool one of the receptionists threatened to refuse to put the request of the sick note through just because she said I interrupted her. When I questioned how she has the authority to refuse a medical service, she said any threatening or verbal assault can make her refuse. After reminding her that me jumping in to speak (in a normal volume) is not the definition of a threat or verbal assault and that she cannot defame me falsely, and that calls are recorded to prove I have not done that, she quickly changed her tune. This GP surgery is an absolute joke and not what you’d expect from a proper medical practice. From the moment you walk in, you’re met with rude and dismissive receptionists who seem more interested in being unhelpful than actually assisting patients. The doctor is no better—completely clueless and far from professional. You’re better off diagnosing yourself because they certainly won’t offer any useful advice or treatment.
