This practice has no work ethics, appointment booking requires months of constant struggle. If they can not provide medical service then close the practice .
One lady just hung up on me In the first minute as I was asking for information it made me laugh more than anything surely you cannot do that in your job
Change GP practice ASAP they are rude, incompetent, over subscribed, rubbish in everything they don’t do. We have countless issues with them. Officially complained to NHS and are awaiting an investigation. They need auditing and shutting down.
What gp goes for a two hour lunchtime? Edit: rung up not hoping for the best and to my surprise got good service and solved my issue quickly. Mabye a shift is beginning in this gp
