Every time I try to order one of my repeat meds along with all my other medication this certain one never gets authorised and have to request 2or 3 times to get it not impressed at all
I have been using this surgery for 47 years and I feel privileged to have such a caring team looking after me and my family.
I have no complaints about the Service itself because I can never get through on the phone - been trying for hours today and the nearest I managed to achieve was queue position 8 before I gave up. Tried to book an Appointment on line but no available slots. No email option either from what I can see on the Website. So disappointing.
Found the staff and doctor I saw to be very empathic and personable. Had the time and patience to listen in order to advise of best approach.
